Zero Bin
Secure on-site IT recycling
Our Zero Bin service provides a secure on-site solution for recycling waste electrical items, helping businesses stay compliant with WEEE regulations.
* We may charge for collections of fewer than 10 items, see our FAQ on fees.

The bins
We offer 240L, 660L and 1100L waterproof and lockable containers to be delivered to your premises, ready to be filled with electrical and electronic waste. The bins are on wheels, so they are easily moved by hand and can be used indoors or outdoors.
The costs
There is a one-off cost to purchase a Zero Bin:
1100L bin | £250 (ex. VAT) |
660L bin | £225 (ex. VAT) |
240L bin | £125 (ex. VAT) |
There is no additional fee when the bin is collected and changed by us, except: If the bin does not contain 10 qualifying items it will be subject to our standard charge. Chargeable items can be placed in the bin and will be invoiced once the bin is processed at our facility. If the bins contain non-electrical items, or items we don’t accept, there will be a cleaning/disposal charge of £75 (ex. VAT). If your bin is damaged beyond redeployment, then the initial charge for the bin applies for a replacement.
The process
- First, order your bin with the collection booking form and we will be in touch to confirm a preferred delivery date.
- Once your bin has been delivered, fill it! Then get in touch using the same form to order a replacement. We will contact you to arrange collection/delivery.
- When we collect the equipment we will provide you with a Waste Transfer Form, then once the equipment has been recycled you will receive a certificate of destruction.
*If you have fewer than 10 qualifying items, then you will be charged a fee based on your location. Please speak to a staff member to confirm your standard charge by emailing us at contact@zerotechwaste.com or calling us on 0800 494 7778
