3 easy ways to recycle IT waste
Choose the service that best fits the needs of your business for IT asset disposal. We offer free collections from your premises with our vetted team and tracked vehicles. Alternatively, our Zero Bins are stored on your site — and we collect when you tell us they are full, or if you have a few things to recycle then use our Zero Post service. Typically, we can retrieve the collection within 24 to 72 hours of the initial enquiry. Our fleet is equipped with full tracking capabilities, ensuring a thorough and audited solution. Use our booking form to let us know what equipment you have and when you would ideally like us to collect it, you can use your completed checklist to help accurately record all of your IT Recycling.
We can also arrange for a pallet collection, if preferred.
Zero Bin
Secure on-site IT recycling solution
Our Zero Bin service provides a secure on-site solution for recycling waste electrical items, helping businesses stay compliant with WEEE regulations. You can buy a 240L, 660L or 1100L Zero Bin from us. They are waterproof and lockable containers to be delivered to your premises, ready to be filled with electrical and electronic waste. The bins are on wheels, so they are easily moved by hand and can be used indoors or outdoors.
- Order your bin via our booking form and we will be in touch to confirm a preferred delivery date.
- Fill your bin with your IT waste, and contact us when it is full.
- We will contact you to arrange collection and delivery of a replacement bin ready for more waste.
- When we collect the equipment we will provide you with a Waste Transfer Form, then once the equipment has been recycled you will receive a certificate of destruction.

You pay for the bin, but the recycling is free*

* We may charge for collections of fewer than 10 qualifying items, see our FAQ on charges.
Please note: If the bins contain non-electrical items, or items we don’t accept, there will be a cleaning/disposal charge of £75 (ex. VAT). If your bin is damaged beyond redeployment, then the initial charge for the bin applies for a replacement.
Zero Post
Free, secure IT Recycling by post
Recycle with our free and secure postal service, Zero Post. We’ll send you a shipping label, you package your items then give them to our trusted courier and we do the rest. Zero Post is great if you don’t have enough waste IT equipment to for a collection, or for our Zero Bin.
It’s 100% FREE to recycle IT waste with our Zero Post service — including FREE shipping, but we do charge for certain items (you can check the list of chargeable items here) or if the volume of equipment provided is low. - Use our booking form to request our postal service.
- We will send you a shipping label, which you can print.
- You package up the items you want us to recycle, and our trusted courier will collect it.
- We will send you a waste transfer certificate, and a certificate of data destruction once the equipment has been recycled.
