3 simple steps to secure your data before recycling
- Back up important files, such as documents and photos, and transfer them to your new device if required or back up in the cloud.
- Sign out of all accounts on your device, that means all apps for example expense software, apps used for communication, approvals etc.
- Remove any SIM or memory cards if possible, although these can also be recycled.
