Accreditations and compliance
Our accreditations and registrations underpin the secure, compliant services we provide to UK businesses every day. Below, you’ll find the certifications we hold and what they mean for your organisation.
What Environment Agency licences do we hold?
Our Environment Agency licences authorise us to carry, store, repair, refurbish, and dismantle WEEE so that equipment and its components can be reused or responsibly recovered. These are the core licences that make our service legally compliant for UK businesses under the WEEE Regulations.
- Waste Carriers Registration: CBDU563597
- S1 — Storing waste in secure containers: WEX425489
- S2 — Storing waste in a secure place: WEX425489
- T11 — Repairing or refurbishing WEEE for reuse: EXP/CP3147YL
- T4 — Preparatory treatments (sorting, shredding, baling): WEX477017
ICO registration
We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office for data protection purposes. Registration number: ZB782110. This underpins our lawful handling of data-bearing devices and confirms our accountability under UK GDPR.
What standard of data destruction do we carry out?
Our data destruction processes are approved by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). This is the benchmark standard for secure data sanitisation in the UK and is increasingly required by regulated sectors including healthcare, finance, and legal services. We provide consignment level or individual Certificates of Destruction for every data-bearing device we process.
Insurance
We are fully insured with cover in place across four categories: employers’ liability, public liability, products liability, and professional liability. Full insurance details are available on request.
