What’s in your Client Hub

The same records we hold. Not a summary of them.

Your collections

Every job with its status, from booked to complete, and the date each document was issued.

Your certificates

A Waste Transfer Note, Certificate of Destruction and carbon offset certificate for every collection, served from the job record itself, not a copy of it.

Your figures

Devices collected and CO₂e offset across all your collections, in one place and ready to forward.

Zero Tech Waste impact this year

Company-wide figures across all customer collections. Everything Zero Tech Waste has handled since January 2025, counted from despatch records, weighbridge tickets and our own meters. How we count →

13,186 Items reused

Devices and components refurbished and sold on, counted one by one from despatch records.

95.3 t Kept out of landfill

Everything sent for reuse plus everything sent for recycling, weighed on the way out.

38.7 t CO₂e offset against 19.3 t produced by our own operations

At least double our footprint, through a verified Carbon Neutral Britain portfolio that includes UK woodland creation.

Carbon offset certificate

Supporting evidence for the company-wide CO₂e offset figure above.

Latest company-wide certificate, issued by Carbon Neutral Britain. Certificate period: January 2025 — June 2026. It retires 50.0 t CO₂e, more than the 38.7 t needed to offset double our footprint since January 2025. This certificate provides evidence of the carbon offset purchased by Zero Tech Waste for its own operations.

Carbon Neutral Britain certificate of credit retirement presented to Zero Tech Waste Ltd

Also supported: We donate separately to The National Forest for UK native tree planting. These contributions are not included in the figures above.

Clients who sign in see these figures year by year, alongside their own collections, certificates and offset.

How we count

Items reused

Every device or component we redeployed in the year. A laptop is one item; so is a drive or a memory module. We count items rather than devices because that's what the records show.

Recycled

The weight of all items sent for material recovery, in two streams. Mixed material goes in bulk to our licensed recovery partner, and we use the certified weighbridge ticket issued for each load. Separated materials — circuit boards, precious-metal components, metals and cable — go to specialist processors.

Kept out of landfill

The weight of all materials recovered plus the weight of all items which were able to re-enter the circular economy.

Carbon

The CO₂e produced by our own operations in the year, from two sources. Electricity consumed by all of our operations, from metered bills. Fuel consumed by our collection vehicles, from recorded mileage and the grams per km emission rate for each van. Our electric vehicles sit inside the electricity figure, but we also account for off-site charging such as at public charging infrastructure.

These carbon accounting figures are for our own operation: it doesn't include our recovery partners' processing or the manufacture of the equipment we handle.

We offset at least double the total figure through a verified Carbon Neutral Britain portfolio. Tree planting through The National Forest is a separate donation and isn't counted here.

Your certificates and these figures

Your own carbon figures are calculated per collection and offset at at least double that job's carbon.

Periods

2026 figures run to 24 September 2026 and are provisional until year end.
