Recycle with our free and secure postal service, Zero Post. We’ll send you a shipping label, you package your items then give them to our trusted courier and we do the rest.
Zero Post is great if you don’t have enough waste IT equipment to for a collection, or for our Zero Bin.
It’s easy to recycle IT by post
- Use our booking form to request our Postal Service.
- We will send you a shipping label, which you can print.
- You package up the items you want us to recycle, and our trusted courier will collect it.
- We will send you a waste transfer certificate, and a certificate of data destruction once the equipment has been recycled.
The costs
It’s 100% FREE to recycle IT waste with our Zero Post service — including FREE shipping, but we do charge for certain items (you can check the list of chargeable items here).

Restrictions
Each box can weigh up to 30kg, if the box weighs more than this, please let us know and we can arrange for multiple labels or a collection by one of our team.
If you live in a remote location and have a large collection, we can arrange for a pallet collection. Please fill in our booking form and a member of staff will be in touch to get you started.
Enhanced data destruction
£5 per disk or drive
For organisations requiring end-to-end asset tracking & certification, we offer an enhanced service that includes a full audit trail and a Enhanced Certificate of Destruction for each individual device/disk. Simply indicate the number of assets you need Enhanced certificates for on the form, when you schedule a collection.
