I wasn’t sure what to do with an old laptop and didn’t have an It recycling centre near me. I was sent a free post label and sent it off to the company who sorted it all for me and even sent me a disposal certificate including what my carbon emissions were! All offset by the company.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was so easy and they were so helpful and because I delivered rather than asked for collection it didn’t cost me anything . They then sent a follow up email and documentation. I highly recommend !! The only thing I would suggest to them is that they put signs up near the units access as sat nav took me to the back of the units and I had to drive around for a while . Yes. We offer free collections when you have 10 or more qualifying laptops, PCs or servers. For smaller collections or specialist items, we’ll confirm any collection cost before booking.

What equipment can you collect?

We recycle all types of waste electronic and IT equipment, including laptops, servers, mobiles and specialist devices such as those that are used in education, scientific and healthcare settings.

How quickly can you collect?

We can usually arrange collection within 24–72 hours, depending on your location, equipment type and collection requirements.

Do you provide data destruction certificates?

Yes. Every collection includes a Certificate of Destruction as standard, and our enhanced service adds a full asset list and individual wiping reports for a complete audit trail. See examples of our certificates.
